happily ever after

We had a super duper Valentines celebration around here. I try and make every holiday special for the girls. My mom was very good about celebrating each and every holiday and I can remember getting to run out in the morning to see what goodies where there, and trying so hard to stay awake to see the Easter Bunny. So now that I am a mom, I have such a good time getting to do the same thing for my girls. This year, I set up our table with balloons, and pink hearts everywhere. I made a trail of hearts from their rooms out to the table and left their gifts on the chairs. It was cute, Chloe woke me up and was shouting Happy Valentines Day! She was so excited, we waited for Lily to wake up and then we got to enjoy our morning breakfast, complete with pink cheerios (yogurt). We went and picked up some Cake Balls from the Cake Ballers in Meridian and enjoyed them that evening with B. Chloe and I also made a big banner to decorate the house with. Later that evening my brother and his girlfriend Brook came over to bring us more cake balls. I think that I ate more than half of them too. xoxo
