Date Night

Last night Brandon and I rented "Date Night" to watch when the girls went to bed. Brandon went to the game and was exhausted so after about ten minutes he was out cold. I, however watched the entire thing. It was such a cute movie, but it hit a little closer to home than I imagined. One of the lines in the movies is all about how they are "Excellent Roomates". It makes me think, there are times when I wonder if B and I are really great roomates too. We have been married for six and a half years. We have two amazing daughters together, but I think everyone can get into a rut and just go with the motions. We have amazing moments, and then we also are normal and have some down moments. I just want to make sure that we are not just roomates, but that we are still passionate about each other too. My mom has taught me that the best way to a man's heart is through his belly. So I found myself in Albertson's today and have my week all planned out! I am starting with my momma's chili, she swears by it.
