Yay two posts in one day!! I just have to share with my few blogging friends this new oil that I have discovered thanks to my work. It is called Do Terra Essential Oils and I am hooked! Seriously this stuff is amazing. They seriously fix everything. Okay, not fix but aid to help eliminate or cure. I love them. So there are tons of companies that claim they use 100% essential oils and my boss Nicole made sure to do her research. The company Do Terra uses a company to have every single bottle tested to make sure there is nothing but 100% what it says. They don't use any fillers or any synthetic. So you get what you pay for. I have been using an immunity blend on the girls feet. Sounds weird right?? Well most kiddos won't ingest it because it is a little spicy, so if you rub it on the bottom of their feet it is the quickest way into the blood stream. The immunity blend is to keep you from getting sick and in the chance that you do, it helps to heal you quicker. Now of course I was skeptic but it truly works! Most colds in our house last atleast a week. So once the girls started getting sniffly, I started using the oil every 6 hours on their toes or tootsies, is what we call them. They were all better within 2 days. No symptoms, nothing! I was floored. So then when I got the flu in December, I was devastated because I didn't want them to get it. I hate having sick kids. So B kept the oils on all of their feet for the 2 days that I was down and they never got it. Crazy, I had kissed each of them that day and still no sickness. Wouldn't it be great to know that you can give your kids something that is all natural and know that you are keeping them from illness. Wow. The other oils that I have used are lemon, for cleaning, nail cuticles, and coughing. I roll it onto their chests at night if they have had any coughing and it keeps them calm all night. Also, I have melaluca for any infections and lavender to help with sleeping. I am so excited about all of these. There is even a book you can order that gives you the right amount of oil, for the illness that you are dealing with. They have an oil for everything. From cancer, to hiv, to fertility. It is amazing. I am not a big fan of modern medicine. I think the Lord created everything to cure everything so why not use it. It is pure and I know that it won't harm my kiddos. Awwww love that.
