Yesterday was my mom's birthday! Happy Birthday Mommy!! Chloe and I baked her some cupcakes and got some balloons to take to her. Chloe was so cute running in the house carrying her present with balloons attached. She couldn't wait for her to open her gift so that she could devour some cupcakes! Later that night we went to the Reef for dinner with my parents and to watch my brother Brandon play. He is such a talented musician and he is really really amazing to watch. He plays quite a bit around town but we don't get to make it out much anymore so last night was so much fun. He sang Happy Birthday to my mom and got the whole place singing. It was such a special evening and it was a great time to celebrate my mom and just how amazing she is. She is the glue that holds us all together and someone that I lean on (quite often) for advice on being a wife and a mother. My parents have been married for 36 years and are examples on how to do it right. I hope that she knows how much we all love her and appreciate her!
